Garden 3

More than fifty medicinal species were planted, as well as ornamental plants such as carnations, camellias, and agave, mainly around the chapel, to harmonise with the medicinal plants and embellish the site.

The main botanical products were ricin seeds, lime flowers, roses, belladonna, pomegranate rootbark, lavender and Mimosa pudica (commonly known as touch-me-not).
